Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Device
Ensure the Moasure device, along with all original accessories and manuals, are securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
